Unspoken Truths

This is a some thing from heart...My cute chweety friend gadha wrote this ....

Around a blinding sun,

Nothing's resolved
Nothing's yet won.

I've mislead my fear,
Though not for long.
Always sincere;
I just don't belong.

Cast out, dragged in
Without, within

"I've found friends true"
We tell one another.
But do we really have a clue
When we comfort each other?

Are we promising to
The bitter end?
You've never knew
A better friend?

We all are so fake
But our conscience is clear.
Or just a numb ache
We need not adhere.

Patriotism, is it a seasonal feeling?

We are gona Celebrate August 15th. imm... We all says now we are proud to be an Indian, we will die for our country and so on. Well is it a seasonal feeling? Do we think so in other months too?

We talk about our country, patriotism and so on in this near by dates, but do we really mean it?

I need your comments. Is it a seasonal feeling. Do we remember, we are Indians every time? I think we remember only when we are watching international sports and games or when such days came,or when watching a movie? Is this day to remind us we are Indians? Is this day celebrating to remind lakhs of people died for our country?

When we hear "Sarfaroshi Ki thamanna , ab hamare dil mein hein..." it likes getting energised. But is that feeling still in our heart when we are not listening the music? Are you sarfarosh?

'Sarfarosh' = One who is ready to stake his life (for a cause).

'Sarfaroshi' = Readiness to stake life.

How many of u celebrated Quit India day? It was on August 9th (Quit India : 1942 August 9). How many of you were aware about it?

Quit India Movement was one of the most important mile stone in our freedom struggle. If we are proud to be an Indian, if we do remember about the people who sacrifice their life, then how come we forget the day?

I am not different from you people...Really I am ashamed of myself. Because if I am proud to be an Indian, if I am that much patriot, me too will not be like this.......

Art of Hand shaking!

Whats in a hand shake? You may wonder on it, coz some of you may never realize that a hand shake can convey so many meanings.

When u offer a handshake, it convey lots of meaning depending upon the position of palm, the pressure you insert and the time taken for the hand shake.

Let us discuss about the position of palm first...

1. Palm down

Keeping our palm down while hand shake means we are superior or we are strong. This gives the message that the man with palm down is more stronger or he is leading one or simply your Boss [;)]

2. Palm up

This is something like , we are on the other guy's service. This "at your service" indication is mostly done when we offer a service for our client.

3. Palm Vertical

The most generous way to offer a handshake is palm vertical. It sends the signal of cooperation. "

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Have you ever think about this things?

Then let us talk about pressure inserted while shaking hand

Pressure

It depends on geographical locations, as in some place, the firm hand shake, i mean inserting more pressure means, he is impolite to you. In some places it shows that you are confident about the thing. It also express that you agree the deal and so on.

If an American woman, to the Far East , she has to care a lot.. Taking a man's hand and giving it a firm press, signals him that the woman has a sexual interest. So please do not be surprised, if the man reacts "strangely" to you !

Length of time you shake the hand.

The longer you keep holding the hand, the more powerful you look.

Doing the same in America it is regarded as rude!

So make it gentle and normal

Just try out these things yourself............comment be back ur experiences....

An IDEA alone cannot change your life!

when ever I saw the ad word, i felt like is it so? Can Idea change our life? Well to be frank, I never think so. Most of you people will disagree with me, but still I believe, Idea dont have that much importance. I am talking from ma personal experience. I weave 100s of ideas each week and its just ideas...coz it never gets it way out.

Lemme scrap some thing which I had experienced.

So many people weave ideas and they afraid to discuss it with their friends of Veterans. They do think that the other guy will stole their Ideas and they keep it with them.Atlast it will buried in the corner of their mind..

What I think is thats the greatest stupidity. You have to discuss about your ideas with friends and veterans, then only you will get it more vivid. When you discuss that idea with others, keep the core business in mind, just talk abt the idea as a whole. From the other's comments, you will get more and more views on the same.

Getting an idea is tough but the most toughest part is implementing it in right sense. An idea alone cant be survive, it needs the right time and right money to start.

If we have an idea and we don't have time to implement it, then? That idea is waste

If we have an idea and we don't have money to implement it, then? That idea is a big zero.

An idea is said to be successful if it is executed in time. For that we need

1. Right Resources including HR, infrastructure etc.
2. Right Time
3. Enough money

An idea , let it be a greatest of ever time. If it is implemented in wrong time, what use in that?

So an Idea alone cannot make a boom. An idea is just an idea till it get right resources.

So what I have to tell you is

1. Never try to make all ideas urs, share it.
2. Remember, never share the core. [:)]
3. Making money and time is the biggest deal than making a flawless idea, coz the first two can clear the flaws sometime.

An idea alone cannot change your life.

Starting a company...

I started my first company when I was in my 7th semester. I am not associated with that now.Again so many bad experiences with that. I disjoint that firm after 1 year. From that I learned a few more lessons too.

1. Never ever believe anybody in business, let it be your father.
2. Never start a business with people who dont know what a business is.. It was the greatest lesson I learned, today I will never even thought about farming with partners who dont know what is it all about.

Later I started a firm in the first floor of my house, it also brings bad experience, and I lost some great relationship due to the mismanagement of my employees.

After that incident, I got some new lessons and later on I started my new firm by gaining some potential clients.

My very first client was also from US, a beautiful lady with lots of dreams...Liza. It was the beginning of my business. We had done a great application for her and now it is selling as a hot product in the retail shops of US and Europe.

The first problem was selecting a name. I was not interested in selecting a ususal xxxsolutions, yyy info and so on. I need a unique name, which can attract my clients the very first moment. There came the name "askanoop consultancy services".

I selected the name askanoop because...

1. When a client heard this name, the first question will be "what a different name, why u choose this name?" My answers are enough to attract him. Well thats the main business tactics , so I dont want to add my answers here [;)]

2. There are lots and lots of small - mid sized companies, The clients dont need a new company, the need is mine..So I want to make my presence odd from others...

3. askanoop, means when ever you need a technology solutions, just ask to anoop.. well in my concept, anoop is not me, its an Alien like character and when we start our company in our own office , I will definitely place a big sculpture of that Alien in the front of my building [;)]

As usual finance was the very big problem ....But I succeed in bringing investment from my father. But I launched it officially when I got enough clients to sustain

Now I have clients from Dubai, Hungary, UK, US, and so on....

How I bagged my first business?

Well getting first client is not that much big thing, but make the client a recurring potential client is the whole thing matters. My first client was from US, one Mr.Gerald King. I got him when I was in my 2nd semester in Sree Buddha College of Engineering. At that time the dream of starting a company was just in dream, like my other dreams ..

At that time I was not serious about the profession. the project was to start a website for his school which is fully dynamic, CMS integrated. At that time I know only HTML and a bit ASP. I was concentrating in system level programming. My client wants to develop the web app within 7 days and must be in PHP. That was the incident which compels me to learn PHP. I learned PHP and mysql and completed the project within 6 days, it contains 40+ dynamic pages. I uploaded it to his server, but he didnt send me payment.

It was the first experience from my client.

Later I succeed in gaining potential clients..well I will tell you that story later.
